Our wedding coordination services are for the detail-oriented bride who’s planned her day to a T, but needs an expert to put it into action.

This service is for brides who want peace of mind that their vision will go according to plan. We’re there for you before the event and are there until it’s over: creating a timeline, communicating it to all parties, making sure the bridal party is ready for photos, bustling your dress, even distributing your tips at the end of the night.

What’s Included in our Wedding Coordination Services?

Before the Wedding Day:

  • Timeline Creation

  • Vendor coordination for the wedding week and wedding day (includes transportation coordination)

Throughout The Wedding Day:

  • Ensuring that the timeline is followed

  • Keep your bridal suite clean and organized, making you feel less stressed throughout the day

  • Making sure that you stay fed and hydrated throughout the day. Sometimes it gets hectic and brides forget, but it’s our job to set you up to have the best night of your life.

  • Manage wedding party questions and concerns so you can relax without stressing about the little things

  • Communicate with guests and vendors on questions

  • Remember all the small details so you don’t have to (and so your wedding party and family can also enjoy the day)

Make sure you, as well as your family members and wedding party have whatever you need – this includes pouring champagne, putting on boutonnieres, making sure all girls have their flowers, steaming and zipping dresses (steamer provided), and handling anything that could happen with the LIBA bridal kit of supplies and sewing kit!

Before the Ceremony:

  • Line up the wedding party

  • Hair and Makeup touch-ups (if needed)

  • Set up decor

  • Get your family and wedding party coordinated so you don’t need to go searching for anyone when it comes to taking pictures

After the Ceremony:

  • Bustle your dress

  • Hair and Makeup touch-ups (if needed)

  • Place your food order with the venue

  • Make sure the bride and groom never have empty drink glasses

At the End of the Night

It's worth noting that some venues offer in-house day-of coordination services or a maitre’d, which can blur the lines between the two roles. However, it's essential to clarify the extent of their services to ensure you have the support you need on your big day.

  • For our day-of coordination services, we’re there in the weeks leading up to your event to confirm vendors and transportation and create a timeline for your event; we’re there as you get ready, to attend to your every need. and set up your decor to the exact specifications; we’re there during cocktail hour for pictures and to bustle your dress; we’re taking care of you throughout your wedding, organizing the bridal suite and refilling your cocktail; and we’re there as your night ends to help close out the event, break down decor, and organize you as you are headed into your new married life together.
